TPCI signs MoU with Proxtera for B2B e-commerce platform
TPCI has signed an MoU with Proxtera, an initiative of Monetary Authority of Singapore, to build a white label B2B e-commerce platform to help Indian SMEs seamlessly connect with buyers and suppliers across global markets.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), which has envisaged the initiative of Business Sans Borders (BSB), signed a MoU with the Trade Promotion Council of India in presence of the High Commissioner of India in Singapore last year.
BSB initiative was thus born out of ambition to step up digital and financial inclusion of SMEs across the world. For a country like India, it was a significant step, as it is critical for realizing its potential.
Now, putting this idea into action, Proxtera is building a white label digital platform with TPCI for enabling Indian SMEs to connect with buyers and suppliers from the rest of the world at the click of a button.
TPCI Founder Chairman Mohit Singla and Winston Nesfield Program Leader, Proxtera have signed a MoU for mutual cooperation to build this platform during the side-lines of the ongoing Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF).
Following are the key features of the platform:
- It provides an innovative technology solution that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to digitally trade beyond borders in the underserved wholesale e-commerce market space.
- Indian SMEs can now digitally have a one-stop access to a global market for B2B trade, supported by logistics, financing, and digital solutions, escrow payments, etc.
- Indian SMEs can connect with Singapore, India,
Philippines, and Africa buyers after on boarding the platform. - This platform offers seamless integration and smart matching through its open Application Programming Interface (API), smart recommendation, and matching of platforms
The platform is already live in Asia and Africa, connecting buyers and suppliers of four countries within a short time frame.
Proxtera white label digital platform provides a ready solution to enable users to trade across borders with a host of features. This initiative by TPCI is supported by the High Commission of India in Singapore.
For interested participants and ecosystems seeking to benefit from Proxtera’s network effect but lacking a digital platform, the company allows integration with third-party open solution providers to enable digitalization and onboarding.
