TPCI comment on Union Budget 2022

TPCI welcomes Union Budget 2022-23 as the government focus on reforming the rural economy, digitalisation and modernisation is progressive and forward looking. Reforming the SEZs has been long pending and we are happy that the government has engaged state participation to make it inclusive and cluster-based for reviving the units.
The government’s continued thrust on digital inclusion and expansion, incentivising clean energy like solar, EVs and other renewable sources will surely thrust the sustainability goals of the government and help meet the international commitments in a timely manner.
I am sure with the increasing thrust on PM Gati Shakti and PLI Scheme, the economy will keep continuing on a sustained growth path.
