TPCI organises F&B B2B Delegation to Australia
Trade Promotion Council of India organised a B2B delegation of Food and Beverage sector to Sydney & Melbourne, Australia on July 26 and 28. The delegation comprised leading F&B players from ethnic foods, spices, ready-to-eat products, bakery products, fresh and frozen products, breakfast cereals, etc.
TPCI took a 30-member B2B delegation of F&B players to Sydney and Melbourne during July 26-28, 2022. The delegation comprised leading F&B players from various segments including ethnic foods, spices, ready-to-eat products, bakery products, fresh and frozen products, breakfast cereals, etc.
The BSM in Sydney was inaugurated on July 26 by Mr. Manish Gupta, Consul General of India, Sydney. Also present were Mr. Sanjay K Muluka, Consul (Trade & Commerce), CGI, Sydney and Mr. Con Livissianis, Chair – Agri Business Chapter of Australia India Business Council. The meet was attended by 125+ buyers from New South Wales Region.
The Food & Beverages BSM in Melbourne was inaugurated by Mr. Girish Singh Kavia, Consul (Commerce), CGI, Melbourne. Over 85 Buyers attended the BSM from Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and New Zealand.
The delegation also had an interaction with Australia India Business Council (AIBC) Team at Sydney Start-up Hub on July 25 in presence of Mr. Andrew Robb AO, Former Australian Trade Minister & Ms. Jodi Mckay, Former Leader of Opposition NSW.
