Trade Promotion Council of India held a meeting with India-Brazil Chamber of Commerce to discuss potential areas of partnership to improve India-Brazil relations and provide more opportunities to companies from both countries to explore each other’s markets.
Trade Promotion Council of India held a meeting with the India-Brazil Chamber of Commerce to discuss avenues for bilateral cooperation to boost trade and investment between India and Brazil and also providing more opportunities to businesses on both sides.
Leonardo Ananda Gomes, Consul General of India and President, India-Brazil Chamber of Commerce represented IBCC at the meeting, while TPCI was represented by Ashok Sethi, Director and Virat Bahri, Deputy Director – Media & Corporate Communications.
Both sides recognised the need to accelerate efforts for economic integration between the two countries, which are emerging from the devastation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The discussion further focused on specific sectors and platforms that can be conceptualised and executed to build greater awareness and foster interactions between Indian and Brazilian companies. TPCI also cordially invited IBCC to visit IndusFood 2022 with a Brazilian delegation that can explore various business opportunities in the dynamic and lucrative Indian F&B and Foodtech industry.
