India-GCC Buyers-Sellers Meet

Dear Industry Member,

Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) is organizing a 40-exporter B2B delegation from the Food & Beverage sector to Dubai, UAE on 14–15 July 2026. TPCI is pleased to invite its members and industry partners from the Food & Beverage industry to participate in the India-GCC Buyers-Sellers Meet (BSM) on Food & Beverage, aimed at promoting Indian products and generating new business opportunities across the GCC region.

The BSM will be followed by an exclusive retail visit to one of the leading modern trade chains in the UAE, providing exporters with valuable insights into consumer trends, product positioning, retail practices, and market opportunities in the GCC.

GCC Food Market & Opportunities Ahead

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region represents one of the most attractive and rapidly growing markets for food and beverage products globally. Driven by increasing population, high purchasing power, growing tourism, and strong dependence on food imports, GCC countries continue to offer immense opportunities for Indian exporters.

The India-GCC BSM on Food & Beverage brings together leading food importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, modern trade chains, and category buyers from across the GCC region. The platform enables Indian exporters to showcase innovative products, establish direct business relationships, and explore new market opportunities.

The event offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Meet leading importers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers from GCC countries.
  • Expand market presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • Explore new product categories and consumer trends shaping the region.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new business relationships.
  • Gain insights into retail and distribution channels through exclusive store visits.

India-UAE CEPA: Unlocking New Export Opportunities

The India–UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) has significantly strengthened bilateral trade and investment relations between India and the UAE. The agreement provides preferential market access, reduced trade barriers, and enhanced opportunities for Indian exporters.

With CEPA facilitating smoother market entry and improved competitiveness, Indian food and agricultural products are increasingly finding acceptance among buyers and consumers across the UAE and wider GCC region. This presents a timely opportunity for Indian exporters to establish and expand their footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic food import markets.
