TPCI with the support of Ministry of Commerce and Industry is organizing an India Pavilion in the “CeBIT 2018”. It is the leading trade fair for the entire communication and computer sector which takes place once a year in Hanover. It is one of the leading events for IT and communication technology worldwide and covers the entire spectrum of information technology, telecommunications, software and related services with ICT. Current Topics in the exhibition are the mobile accessibility, social media, big data and cloud computing. The CeBIT is a platform for local and international manufacturers, service providers, distributors and buyers of IT and communications technology to generate new business opportunities and develop new contacts. Exhibitors have the opportunity in a separate area to present their innovations and to receive direct feedback from users and decision makers from international companies.

On the whole the organizers invite on the 5 days of the fair, from 11 June to 15 June, over 3300 exhibitors from 70 countries and over 222600 visitors are expected in the CeBIT, Hanover. Indian companies are prime outsourcing firms and display a huge potential in the IT export market. Germany is a prime destination in the export market for India providing technology solutions. India is a powerful center for research and development and also gives computer software service export, network infrastructure management, IT consulting.
