TPCI meets ApexBrasil delegation
Trade Promotion Council of India held a meeting with the representatives of ApexBrasil based in Dubai. Both sides recognised the need to accelerate efforts for economic integration between the two countries, which were impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Trade Promotion Council of India held a meeting with the representatives of ApexBrasil based in Dubai, led by Angelo de Queiroz Mauricio, Agricultural Attache’ and Paulo J. Chiarelli V. De Azevedo, Counselor, Embassy of Brazil, on 12th July to discuss the bilateral trade opportunities between India and Brazil. They further discussed various avenues that can help provide more opportunities to the respective companies for an easy access in between both the countries.
The delegation was headed by Tatiana Riera, Chief operating Officer, Ana Claudia Barbosa, Business Analyst and Anirudh Sharma from ApexBrasil. They were accompanied by Vipul Shah, Technical Assistant, Gopal Singh Rajput, Trade Officer from the Embassy of Brazil. The TPCI team was represented by Sandip Das, Deputy Director General, Suresh Makhijani, Joint Director General, Vinod Kumar, Consultant, Virat Bahri, Deputy Director & Guneet Kaur, Asst. Director .
Both sides recognised the need to accelerate efforts for economic integration between the two countries, which were impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The discussion further focused on specific sectors and platforms that can be conceptualised and executed to build greater awareness and foster interactions between Indian and Brazilian companies.
