Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with support of Department of Commerce, Government of India organized Source India Bangladesh from 26th-28th March, 2022. The event provided a platform for exporters of chemical and allied products and ceramics to engage with prominent importers in Bangladesh.

Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with support of Department of Commerce, Government of India organized its flagship export promotion event called Source India Bangladesh from 26th-28th March, 2022. The show was inaugurated by Mr Abdullah AL Mahmud, President, Bangladesh Export Forum; Mr AKM Sayedad Hossain, Secretary, Bangladesh Export Forum; & Mr Sandip Das, Deputy Director General, TPCI.

The platform enabled Dyes & Dyes Intermediates, Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, Cosmetics, Toiletries Specialty Chemicals, Fragrance and Ceramic Industry to showcase their products and technologies in Bangladesh market.

Top representatives from the Bangladesh Chemical Importers and Merchants Association – Mr Mazakat Harun Manik, President, BCIMA; Mr Maksudur Rahman Sapon, Vice President, BICMA; and Mr Abul Kalam Azad, Secretary General, BCIMA – attended the event. 67 exporters from India exhibited in Source India Bangladesh, while around 700 buyers from Bangladesh visited the event.

Aun Alia, Assistant Director, Faraz Khan, Assistant Director, & Shalini Choudhary, Assistant Director, TPCI also represented the Council at Source India Bangladesh.
