India-Bangladesh Food Technology Buyer Seller Meeting
Trade Promotion Council of India organised an India-Bangladesh Food Processing & Packaging Technology Buyer Seller Meeting in association with Bangladesh Agro Processors Association (BAPA) on 24th November, 2021 at Dhaka. The Buyer Seller Meeting was attended by 75 leading food processors of Bangladesh seeking to procure plant and Machineries from Indian suppliers.
Trade Promotion Council of India organised an India-Bangladesh Food Processing & Packaging Technology Buyer Seller Meeting in association with Bangladesh Agro Processors Association (BAPA) on 24th November, 2021 at Radisson Blu, Dhaka. The BSM was inaugurated by Dr. Pramyesh Basall, 2nd secretary Commerce, Indian High Commission in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Mr. A. F. M. Fakhrul Islam Munshi, President, BAPA. The Indian Delegation was led by Anik Roy, Deputy Director – TPCI.
The Buyer Seller Meeting was attended by 75 leading food processors of Bangladesh seeking to procure plant and Machineries from Indian suppliers. They were mainly looking for fruit juice processing lines, grinding technology, packaging and filling machines, starch processing lines, Solvent Extraction Plants, Extruders, snacks processing plants, honey processing plants and food colour. Some of the prominent food processors from Bangladesh who attended the Buyer-Seller Meet were Pran Group, Hips Agro Food Industries, Meridian Group, DHS International (Pvt) Ltd, Sameer Corporation and Krishnan Snacks Ltd.
The Indian Food Processing & Packaging Technology Delegation comprised of 15 members from 9 prominent plant and machinery manufacturing companies including Noida Fabcon, Tanya Exports, Rico Industries, Fillpack, BryAir Asia and Parle GLOBAL.
During the Inaugural program of Buyer Seller Meeting, TPCI’s Food Processing Technology Suppliers Directory was launched in Bangladesh and circulated amongst the dignitaries.
